Facility
Articulate Equestrian is thrilled to offer limited boarding opportunities at Forty Two Farm in Blacksburg, SC. Situated on 6 acres, the private farm backs up to 500 undeveloped acres and is a short hack to an established trail network.
We believe horses are creatures first, partners second, and competitors third. Horses enjoy group turnout 24/7 weather permitting, or spend inclement days in personal runs with shelter and hay.
Amenities
Ample turnout with a track system over multiple surfaces to promote movement and build strong hooves; field access rotation ensures forage availability, all with shade or shelter for extreme weather
Spacious run-in stalls with personal paddock attached, for use as needed, picked multiple times daily, all with hay nets and water available
Large outdoor arena (70 x 120) with a construction timeline to adding a covered for all-weather riding
Heated tack room, lounge and bathroom for the humans (our barn is in-progress as of Summer 2024)
Balanced feed program specific to each horse’s health, age, and workload, monitored throughout the year
Quality Timothy/Orchard hay, fed out in slow-feed nets and hay huts, refilled when empty
Personalized training built on biomechanics and classical Dressage fundamentals for both horse and rider, with access to top-level coaching
Expert care from dedicated horse professionals
Owner on-site for 24-hour monitoring and medical
Trailer parking available
The farm opened for horses in January 2024 but has a continuous construction timeline through the year to see improvements like increase pasture space, arena enhancements, and more!
